Method. Value-weighted median % price change across every priced card in each tier with a real period-over-period snapshot (zero-change and |chg|>50% thin-market outliers excluded). The $2 noise floor that gates the Movers list is intentionally NOT applied here — aggregates need the full tier to be representative, not just the top-priced sliver. Tiers without real history for the selected window are hidden — we never estimate. The trend chart below tracks each tier's median qualifying card price (rebased to 100 at its first available date) so tiers compare directly regardless of size.
